Continuing south, we arrive at the UNESCO listed ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a striking clay fortress and the backdrop for iconic films like Gladiator, The Mummy, and Sahara.

After enjoying some free time for lunch, we head to Ouarzazate aptly nicknamed “The Gate of the Desert,” where we'll explore the impressive Taourirt Kasbah. Our journey then leads us through the lush Skoura palm grove, home to over 700,000 date palms and scattered kasbahs, before reaching the fragrant Rose Valley. 

Here, damask roses bloom for use in perfumes and rosewater, and the region comes alive each May during the colorful Rose Festival. As the day winds down, we reach the breathtaking Dades Valley, where a cozy night’s rest awaits amidst stunning scenery.

After breakfast, we begin the day with a breathtaking panoramic view over the Dades Valley from a mountain lookout where kasbahs scatter the landscape like sandcastles, each with its own distinct charm.
